Whew. I'm working on my blog sidebar links, but I've had enough for tonight. If you're not there and wish to be, either be patient or email me nicely :)

Well.

Jeff is gone again. Hopefully, though, my time of single parenting is drawing near to an end. He has accepted a job HERE, as in we could live in our HOUSE, ALL of us together. We're just waiting for the piddly details to be ironed out. This would be a good job for us. We need to be home for awhile. We need time to clean up finances, get teeth fixed, and fix up the house.

I hope, though, that the house is not the source of, or contributing to, our recent run of illnesses. We can work on that, though. This week we got all of the vents cleaned out and sanitized. The next step is to rip out all of the carpet, and retile the shower (making sure there's no mold lurkng behind the tile). Our vents were so moldy that I am suprised my allergies didn't just fly away once the airways were clean. But no, they're here, and worse than ever. Oh, well.

With all the illness, very little school has happened over the past several months. That's fine for awhile, but eventually things must change.

My mystery illness? I'm ignoring it. It's much better. I went to the gym and did my normal workout; whatever this chest thing is it was not aggravated by the workout. So I've decided I must be basically okay. Certainly my doctor must not be concerned, as she has not called me back after the stress test. Either she's not concerned, or she doesn't care a flying fig. But that's okay, because I've decided that I'm fine. The power of positive thinking ;-)

NO! *squeal* I am SOOO happy for you guys!! WOW! This is great news! (Obviously, I'm talking about the job, not the mold- although gutting the house and starting fresh will probably help, but know that you've irritated the spores-that-be and it'll probably take a while for things to settle down.)

ACK! YAY! Can't wait to hear more!
